TORCHx gives you the ability to fully customize the MLS listings that display on your site. This means you can choose specific areas you want to display, or specific areas you do not want to display.  This added level of customization allows you to target buyers who are looking for homes in the cities or neighborhoods you specialize in!

To customize the MLS listings on the site, all you have to do is provide our team with your target areas, search filters, and property types.  We'll send you a quick questionnaire during the setup process where you can send in your preferences.

The details of each are below.  If you have any questions during the setup process, give us a call and we'll help you out.

Target Areas:

Provide us with up to 5 target areas that we'll place front and center on your website.  These areas will be reflected in the slider images on your homepage for easy access to users.

Search Filters

In addition to your target areas, you can send a list of the other locations you want properties to appear, or not appear for.  The easiest way to submit search filters is to simply let our team know if there are any areas you do not want to display your site.  The search filters can be zip codes, counties, cities, mls areas...whatever's easiest for you.  When you send these over, we'll remove them from the MLS feed.

For example, if you don't want properties from Hendry County showing on your site, all you have to do is tell us "Don't include Hendry County." and all of those listings will be removed.

Property Types:

The final option you can customize are the property types that show on the site.  This allows you to include property types you do work with and exclude the ones that you don't.  Just let us know which property types (single family, multi family, commercial, lots/land, etc.) you'd like to display from the MLS and we'll include them on the site.   You'll also want to indicate whether you'd like rental properties or mobile home properties* to show.

For example, if you only work with single and multi family homes, tell the setup team to only include those properties and we'll remove any other property types showing in your MLS.

*if we do not receive any indication for rental properties or mobile homes, we will assume they are to be excluded.
