What's in Landing Pages?

Use Landing Pages to add new City / Neighborhood / Community pages to your website or update the content of an existing page.  We'll automatically create these landing pages for every area in your MLS, but editing these pages allows you to customize the content as you see fit AND get an additional SEO boost.  Here's an example of what a completed landing page looks like:  http://www.homesorlandofl.com/fl/orlando/

To add / edit a landing page:

  1. Go to Content - > Landing Pages.
  2. Select Add New SEO Page or click the title of the one you want to edit.
  3. You'll be taken to our landing page wizard where you'll edit the page details and add your own content or images.
  4. Hit Submit to publish the page.

What's in Blog?

The Blog page lets you publish periodic posts directly to your TORCHx site.  Blogs can be used to give market updates, helpful tips, or anything else you think a buyer or seller might find helpful.  These blog posts will be highlighted on the home page of your site and can even be linked directly to a city or neighborhood landing page if the content is specific to an area.  Blogging is a great way to add fresh content to your site and keep your prospects engaged.  You can even create categories for your blogs to separate them by things like date, city, type of transaction, etc.  An example blog page can be seen here.

To add a new blog post:

  1. Open Content - > Blog
  2. Click Add New Blog.
  3. Choose the type of post and enter your content.
  4. Click Publish.

To customize whether the registration form appears or does not appear:

  1. Click Content - > Registration Form Builder.
  2. Enter the URL for the page you want to control the form on. (just open your site, find the page, and copy the link)
  3. Fill out the details below and click Build Link
