Fulfilling your new TORCHx website includes various steps in the completion process- some of these are dependent upon you, while the others are managed by our in-house specialists. On average, it takes about 4 weeks to complete the entire process from your initial training call.

One of the biggest pieces needed to complete the fulfillment of the product, and that is solely dependent upon you, is having all of the information requested by our website experts and obtaining approval to integrate with your MLS. Completing this will ensure a timely setup of your TORCHx website.

The key phases of the comprehensive build process are as follows:

  • MLS Setup
    This step includes filling out the IDX integration paperwork, sending that back to support@torchx.com once completed, and following up with your MLS to obtain final approval for integration (if necessary).

  • Site Setup
    The site setup includes establishing the framework for your new website, creating additional landing pages for each target area provided, and entering provided brokerage and personal information.

  • MLS Integration
    During this step, we will connect with the MLS database, which contains all of the properties we list on your website, pull in any properties you wish to have displayed on the site, and remove any properties you do not wish to display.

  • Site/Ad Build
    During the site and build phase, we are finishing the build and design of the site using all information provided, adding images that best represent the target areas, customizing the site to meet MLS compliance standards. If you’ve purchased Ad Service, we will now begin building your ad campaigns with keywords and keyword phrases that will help maximize your SEO value and optimize your organic ranking.   • Launch
    Once the site has been launched, we will give you one last call for your final training session. This training session includes one last review of the site and its functionality. We will of course provide you with your login credentials.  And remember- if you ever want to make updates to your website, you are welcome to do so at any time! Simply call us to discuss those changes, or send in a consolidated list of all desired changes via email.
